Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Lilium Digital LLC, operator of Renowna ("Renowna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Renowna provides software that reads your public Google reviews, drafts and (per your settings) posts replies, sends review requests to your customers, and reports on your reputation. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be 18+ and authorized to act for your business. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Acceptable use & review compliance

You agree to use Renowna lawfully and in line with the policies of platforms it connects to (including Google). In particular, you agree not to:

Renowna is built to help you comply with Google's policies and the FTC's rules, but you are responsible for how you configure and use it.

4. AI-generated content

Replies and review requests are drafted by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for content posted under your business's name. We recommend keeping reply approval enabled until you are confident in the output. You can enable or disable automatic posting at any time.

5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Google, Stripe, Anthropic, Supabase, and others). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software, branding, and content (excluding your data and content). You retain rights to your business content; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular rating, ranking, number of reviews, or business result. Reputation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renowna and Lilium Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept them.
